CITIZEN ENGAGEMENT PROGRAM FUNDING ESTABLISHED

For FY23, the General Assembly approved funding to establish a Citizen Engagement Program, SHARE MO, in executive departments. Research finds that when a customer’s experience utilizing state services meets or exceeds expectations, it can boost trust in government, improve morale among the civil services, diminish negative media coverage, and lower costs for state government agencies.

INSURANCE MARKET REGULATION ANNUAL TRAINING

On December 19, the Insurance Market Regulation Division hosted their annual training in Jefferson City. It was a great opportunity to be together in one room to recognize the Division’s Professional and Leadership Development Award (PLDA) recipients, participate in Tableau training, and discuss team updates and process improvements.

“I look forward to the annual meeting every year,” said Division Director Jo LeDuc. “We have a great team and our annual meeting is a valuable way to refine our skills and build upon relationships with fellow team members in the Division.”
